Frequently Asked Questions

What time shall I arrive?

To enhance your Spa experience, please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow time to relax in the lounge, sauna, steam room and whirlpool.

Are gift cards available for purchase?

Yes, you may purchase gift cards for a specific dollar amount. Spa gift cards can be used toward spa services or at The Crowne Pointe Inn. Contact the Spa for additional information.

What do I wear?

Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing, however, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. Disposable underwear is available upon request. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Robes and slippers are provided in the men’s and women’s lounges before and after treatments.
